Over 100 students from Southern Regional College’s, Newry Campus, were awarded at the Further Education Awards Ceremony hosted at the Canal Court Hotel.
Mr Brian Doran, Chief Executive of SRC, welcomed students and guests and congratulated them on their success.
Mr Doran commented: “Tonight’s ceremony marks the culmination of very many hours, indeed years, of hard work and commitment from all of you present. The awards you will receive were not easily obtained and you should feel very proud of your achievements”.
Student of the Year Awards were also presented on the evening.
Southern Regional College offers a wide range of courses which can be studied on a part-time or full-time basis. The college is committed to widening participation and welcoming students of all ages and backgrounds.
