The easiest way to learn the days of the week is to use them daily.
Below are the basic forms of the names of the days of the week (beginning on Monday) along with the form used in Comhrá 8 - Dé Sathairn / on Saturday.

Sin turas fada
The order of the words is worth noting in sin turas fada / that’s a journey long.
In Irish adjectives follow the noun most of the time. Here are some examples of singular nouns with an adjective.
