Death Notice
Charlie Carnegie (Newry, late of Monaghan Row) died suddenly at home 12th September 2025. Son of the late James and Evelyn Carnegie. Charlie will be very sadly missed and remembered with love by his daughters Michaela and Claire and grandchildren Matthew, Ethan, Alison, Nathan and Eve.
Brother of Thomas, Kenneth, Jim, Deborah (Trainor), Brendan, Elaine (Browne), Evelyn and Lorna (Trimble). Fondly remembered also by Ann, mother of his daughters, and sons in law Spencer and Lee. Charlie was a kind hearted man who will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

His remains will repose at Charles Digney and Sons funeral home, 4 Sugarhouse Quay, Newry on Sunday from 4-7pm and Monday 7-9pm. Funeral mass will be celebrated on Tuesday at 10:30am in the Cathedral of St Patrick and Colman. Private cremation following funeral mass.
