Death Notice
Connolly (St. Clares Ave, Newry) Amelda (St. Clares Ave) died 19th December 2021. Devoted daughter of the late James and Margaret R.I.P. and treasured sister of Sr. Ann (Connolly) (St Clares Convent, Newry), Mary-Patricia (Shiell) and the late Teresa (Hillen) R.I.P.
Amelda’s remains will repose in Paul McEvoy Funeral Directors Funeral Home, 80 Canal Street, on Monday (Today) from 5.00pm until 7.00pm and Tuesday from 10.00am until 4.00pm. Requiem Mass for Amelda will be celebrated in St. Mary’s Church, Church Street on Wednesday at 11.00am, burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
Our Lady Queen of the Most Holy Rosary pray for her.
Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her sisters, nieces Frances and Jacinta, nephews Jim, Sean and Gerard, her many cousins and the entire family circle.
