Death Notice
Magill (Newry) Joan (née Geoghegan) died May 9th 2026 peacefully surrounded by her loving family. Beloved wife of the late Oliver R.I.P and devoted mother of Angela, Peter, Deirdre, Brendan and Siobhan.
Her remains will repose in Paul McEvoy’s Funeral Home, tomorrow, (Sunday) from 4.00pm until 8pm and Monday from 4pm until removal at 7pm to her late residence, 5 Ashfield Avenue (House Strictly Private). Requiem Mass for Joan will be celebrated on Tuesday at 10.30am in S.S. Patrick & Colman's Cathedral, burial afterwards Monkshill cemetery.
Our Lady Queen of The Most Holy Rosary pray for her.
Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her sons, daughters, sons-in-law, daughter-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, nieces, nephews and the entire family circle.
