Death Notice
McGrath (Newry, formerly of Rosevale Road, Ballyvarley) Barney died October 3rd 2024 peacefully surrounded by his loving family. Devoted son of the late James and Jane R.I.P. and treasured brother of Eileen, Frances, Michael, Chris, Kenny, Peter, Helen, Evelyn, Julie, Jim and the late Thomas, Noel and Janet R.I.P.
His remains will repose at his late residence, 95 O’Neill Avenue, today (Friday) from 8pm until 10pm and tomorrow (Saturday) from 2pm until 8pm. Requiem mass for Barney will be celebrated in St Mary’s Church, Lisnagade on Sunday at 12.30pm, burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
Our Lady Queen of The Most Holy Rosary pray for him.
Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law Sean, Tommy and Willie, sisters-in-law Maureen, Madeline and Patricia, nieces, nephews and the entire family circle.
