Death Notice
McMahon (Newry) Concepta (née McEvoy) died January 12th 2026 peacefully surrounded by her loving family. Beloved wife of Patrick, devoted mother of Rosie, Patrick, Anne, Paul, Yvonne, Judith, Adrian and Claire and treasured great-grandmother to the late baby Lorcan.
Her remains will repose at her late residence, 71 High Street, tomorrow (Tuesday) and Wednesday from 12 noon until 8pm. Requiem Mass for Concepta will be celebrated on Thursday at 11am in St. Mary’s Church, Chapel Street, burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
Our Lady Queen of the Most Holy Rosary pray for her.
Deeply regretted and sadly missed by her husband, sons, daughters, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren also her brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews and the entire family circle.
