Death Notice
McMahon (Newry) Dessie died 29th July 2026 peacefully surrounded by his loving family. Loving husband of the late Mary R.I.P., devoted father of Thomas, Amanda, Kieran, Karen and Jerome and treasured brother of the late Eugene R.I.P.
Dessie’s remains will arrive at St. Catherine’s Church, Dominic Street on Friday at 5pm for evening prayers. Requiem Mass will be celebrated on Saturday at 1pm, burial afterwards in Monkshill Cemetery.
House Strictly Private – Family and close friends only.
Our Lady Queen of The Most Holy Rosary pray for him.
Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his, sons, daughters, sons-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brothers-in-law, sister-in law, nieces, nephews and the entire family circle.
