Death Notice
Monaghan (Newry) died 9th October 2025 peacefully at Daisy Hill Hospital. Brian R.I.P. Husband of the late Rosita and much loved father of Brendan, Barry & Brian. Brother of Dermot and the late Edmund, Donal & Gerry. Sacred Heart of Jesus have mercy on his soul.
His remains will repose at his home 4 Mountain View Drive, Newry, BT35 6DW on Saturday & Sunday from 1.00pm – 9.00pm. Removal on Monday at 10.00am for 10.30am funeral mass in Sts Patrick & Colman’s Cathedral, Newry. Burial afterwards in Monkshill Cemetery.
Deeply regretted by his sorrowing sons, brother, daughters in law Paula & Olivia, grandchildren, great grandchildren, brothers in law, sisters in law, nephews, nieces, cousins, family circle & many friends.
