Death Notice
O’Driscoll (Newry) Willie passed away July 20th 2025 peacefully surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of Nora, devoted father of Jim, Gerry, Kathleen, William, Patrick and John, loving son of the late James and Kathleen R.I.P. and treasured brother of Mick, Golly, Jack, Mary, Mag, Elsie and the late Jim and Hanny R.I.P.
His remains will repose at his late residence, 10 Lisdrum Avenue, Newry, today (Monday) from 6pm until removal on Tuesday at 5.15pm for 6pm evening prayers in the Church of the Assumption, Drumalane. Requiem Mass for Willie will take place at 12 noon on Wednesday, burial afterwards in Monkshill cemetery.
Our Lady Queen of the Most Holy Rosary pray for him.
Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his wife, sons, daughter, son-in-law Johnny, daughters-in-law, grandchildren Jim, Jerry, Nora, Catriona, Willie, Laurie, Kathleen, Esther, James, Willie, Laurelle, John, Willie, James, John, Jerry, Willie, Mick, Johnny, Kathleen, Laura, Elizabeth, Nora and Nan, great-grandchildren Johnny, Larry, Kathleen, Kathleen, Johnny, Johnny, Jerry, Tommy and Mary, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews and the entire family circle.
