Peters, Joseph, Died 18 November 2020.
Joseph was born at no 2 Orior Road Newry.
Husband of Susan and father of Emma, Anthony and Siobhan, Grandfather to Katie, Joseph, Niamh, Lucy, Ruby and Aidan. Son of the late Joseph and Mary Peter's and brother of Maura, Kate and the late Patsy.
Joe died at home in Manchester on the 18th November of a little known illness, PSP.
The family are all devastated and as soon as they are allowed to travel they will bring Joseph's ashes back to Newry.

As a fellow Newry-born person reading the [Newry.ie] website, my eye was drawn to a Notice announcing the death of Joseph Peters (of Manchester formerly Newry). I did not know Joseph. However, amongst his relatives referenced in the Notice was his sister, Maura Peters, a lady that I last met in the 1960s.
I would like to express my heartfelt sympathies to her, to her siblings and to the Peters family all.
May Joseph Rest in Peace.
