Write a commentBanbridge PSNI are appealing for information following two incidents in the Poyntzpass area.
Some time overnight between Monday, 20th January and Tuesday, 21st January, two white Scania lorries, parked in a yard on Blackbridge Road, Poyntzpass, were broken into. Diesel and radio equipment were taken.
At 5.39am on Tuesday, 21st January, police received a report of a speedboat on fire at the rear of a property on William Street in Poyntzpass close to the junction of Railway Street. The fire is being treated as arson.
Police are appealing to anyone who noticed any activity around the area during these times or anyone who has information in relation to this incident to contact them in Banbridge on 0845 600 8000.
