Write a commentDetectives in Newry have seized a large quantity of cash from bookmaking premises on Francis Street, Newry, during an investigation into illegal betting.
Officers conducted a search of the premises on Sunday, 18 November and found a number of customers and staff. Betting slips were seized in addition to the cash.
Enquiries are ongoing.
