Write a commentPolice in Newry are appealing for information following two burglaries with a quantity of jewellery stolen from one home.
Sometime between 5pm on Saturday, 23 January and 1am on Sunday, 24 January entry was gained to houses in Thomas Street and Church Street. A gold ring and gold chain were stolen from Church Street.
Detective Constable Gina Quinn said: “We would like to hear from anyone who noticed any suspicious activity or vehicles in these areas during these times. We can be contacted in Newry on 101, quoting ref: 1081 240116.”
