Write a commentPolice in Newry are appealing for information after a report of burglary at business premises at the Chancellor's Road area and at a garage at the Carrivekeeney Road.
On Chancellor’s Road Sometime between 3:40am and 3:55am on Wednesday 9th April, it was reported that power tools with an estimated value of £200 were stolen from a property in the area. It is believed that entry was gained through the side door of the premises.
On the Carrivekeeney Road.Sometime between 10pm on Tuesday 8th April and 1pm on Wednesday 9th April, it was reported that a petrol strimmer and a scrambler bike were stolen with a value of £1000. It is believed that entry was gained at the front of the premises.
Police would appeal to anyone who witnessed either incident or anyone with any information to contact them at Ardmore Police Station on the new non-emergency number 101 quoting reference number 650090414.
