Write a commentA man has been charged with manslaughter following the death of a man in Newry yesterday, Wednesday 17 January.
The 51 year old man died in the Dublin Road area of Newry.
The 32 year old man arrested is expected to appear at Newry Magistrates Court today.During a search of a property in the city five other people have also being arrested in connection with the death.
The four men (56, 46, 34 & 32) and a women (50) were arrested on suspicion of drug-related offences, including Possession of a Class A controlled drug, namely heroin, with intent to supply.
