At approximately 10.45 am on Friday, 4 March Police received a report of criminal damage being caused to a memorial cross on the Mullaghduff Road area of Cullyhanna.
Sergeant Tony McConville would appeal to anyone who may have witnessed this incident or who has any information in relation to it to contact police at Newry on the non-emergency number 101. Or, if someone would prefer to provide information without giving their details they can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers and speak to them anonymously on 0800 555 111.
