Newry police are appealing for information following an incident in Monaghan Street where signs and flags from the Pride in Newry Festival were removed.
Around 5.20am on Friday, 30 August, a group of young people, who were dressed formally, ripped down a number of signs and flags which had been erected for the Pride in Newry event in the city on the Saturday.
Police are currently viewing cctv images and are appealing to anyone who has information in relation to this incident to contact them in Newry on 0845 600 8000.
