Write a commentPolice are appealing for information following a burglary at a house in the Gleann Abhainn area of Whitecross which occurred on the afternoon of Thursday 3 March.
Sometime between 3.15pm and 3.40pm, the home was broken into and a set of car keys was taken.
Constable Karl Smith said: “A light blue van was seen in the area at the time. I would ask anyone who noticed any suspicious activity, or who knows anything about this incident, to contact Newtownhamilton Police Station on the non-emergency number 101. Or if someone would prefer to provide information without giving their details, they can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers and speak to them anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
