Write a commentArmagh County Board have confirmed the appointment of their county hurling management team for 2015.
The senior hurling manager for 2015 is Sylvester McConnell who will be assisted by Pádraig O'Connor.
Sylvester and Pádraig have been with the team on an interim basis over the past couple of months and have already brought the county to the final of the Conor McGurk tournament at Queen's University, following impressive wins over Down and Queen's.
A spokesperson for the County Board said "CLG Ard Mhacha wish Sylvester, Pádraig and the senior hurlers the best of luck in the Conor McGurk tournament final and in their league and Nicky Rackard campaigns."
The minor hurling management team of Paddy McArdle, Ciaran Breen, Jason Cahill and Mickey McCreesh was also ratified at Monday night's county board meeting. Paddy has been involved with our minor hurlers for the past four years, with his three assistants stepping up to the county minor management for the first time.
The spokesperson added "Coiste Contae Ard Mhacha wish them and the minor hurlers the very best of luck with their 2015 campaign."
