A quieter race week for Newry AC with Hill and Dales Race 2 in Tollymore and Run Armagh 5k & 10k being the events of the week.
Hill & Dales Race 2 - Tollymore - Thursday 19th April
The weather was warm and sunny and the midgies were out in force for this popular H&D race. Even with the glorious sun, the ground was still sodden with the recent wet conditions which set the perfect race form for Esther Dickson. Esther did not disappoint with a strong performance throughout the race ensuring 1st lady and setting the challenge to uphold her current Hill & Dales Title for this series. The men - Paul LeBlanc, Rory Mulvaney, Ronan Mynes and Kookie O’Hagan - did not disappoint and all ran strong in a challenging course. Unfortunately, due to technical issues no race results are available but Kookie has claimed an unofficial top 10 placing!

Run Armagh 5k/10k - Sunday 22nd April
Podium for the girls!
