Write a commentA team from St. Paul’s High School Bessbrook have become NI School's Netball U13 Minor Premier League Champions 2018, beating Lumen Christi College 15-8 in Antrim.
The future of the sport in the school is safe especially when there are pupils like Hannah Quinn who is an U17 International cap and an exceptionally talented player. Other talented pupils include Aoife Fearon, Katie Boyle, Clare Gollogly and Ciara Jones, who are on the U19 Schools Development Netball Squad (Southern) 2017. Four other pupils are NNI Performance Pathway Squad members 2017-2018, (U15), Holly Morgan, Ellen Burns, Catriona O’Hagan and Sarah O’Hare, while three girls Kirsty McCann, Eve Watson, Dearbhla McCann are members of the U13 Pathway squad.
Netball in St. Paul’s is in safe hands under the guidance of Mrs O’Hare Armstrong and other members of the PE department.
