Following today's recommendations from the NI Executive that face coverings should be worn in shops, Buttercrane management are encouraging shoppers (other than those who are exempt) to protect themselves and others by wearing a face covering when visiting the centre. Buttercrane Centre mall staff will also wear a mask whilst working on the mall.
Buttercrane Centre Manager, Peter Murray, said: “By wearing a face covering, customers are showing their support and consideration for other shoppers and staff as well as playing their part to prevent transmission of the COVID19.
“We are encouraging shoppers to wear face coverings whilst visiting the centre and moving about on mall between stores. The message to customers is – we want them to shop safely and feel comfortable with all the measures we’ve put in place. We’d remind people to adhere to social distancing guidelines and to protect yourself and others by wearing a mask or face covering when you are visiting.”
