Detectives Make Three Arrests

Three men have been arrested by Detectives from Serious Crime Branch in relation to dissident republican terrorist activity. The arrests are related to the investigation that resulted in the arrest of twelve men in the Ardcarn Park area of Newry in November.

Commenting on the arrests Detective Superintendent Kevin Geddes said: “Two of the males, aged 41 and 54, were detained in the Newry area, and a 44 year old male was arrested in the South Armagh area. All have been taken to the Serious Crime Suite for questioning.”
