PSNI Serious Crime Branch officers who are assisting colleagues in An Garda Siochana with the investigation into the murder of Detective Garda Adrian Donohoe in January are continuing with their inquiries into the shooting.
Gardai investigating the murder of D/Garda Donohoe on Friday 25 January at Bellurgan near Dundalk have carried out a number of recent searches in the Dundalk Area. These searches are ongoing.
PSNI detectives have repeated the Garda appeal to members of the public to come forward with any information they may have in relation to the murder of D/Garda Donohoe as this investigation is active and ongoing.
A number of rewards for information remain in place.
