The Stereotypes a local up and coming Newry band have released their new single Hold On with Lyrics by Ciaran McManus and Emily McGleenon and it certainly will help move them towards the big time with it's smooth lyrics and chilled out backing.
The band hails from Newry and surrounds and consists of Cathal Dixon on vocals and rhythm guitar, Ciaran McManus on lead guitar, Raymond Murphy on drums, Calam Toner on bass and Emily McGleenon on backing vocals and piano.
Their Faith and Fate EP is raising funds for Cancer Research UK and you can download the 5-track album in the high-quality format of your choice at thestereotypesmusic.bandcamp.com
The album consists of three of their own originals Make it happen' 'These things take time' and 'Set in Stone', also a cover of 'Warm' by The Coronas and 'All I Want' by Kodaline.
