Evora Hospice, formerly Southern Area Hospice, is reminding supporters to return their Car Raffle tickets, with four weeks to go until the draw. The prize is a brand-new Renault Clio, and the draw takes place at Buttercrane Shopping Centre in Newry on Saturday 7 November.
The Annual Car Raffle Draw will begin at 5pm and will be officiated by a representative of Newry Mourne & Down District Council. The Renault Clio is supported by Shelbourne Motors.
Anyone who has received raffle tickets by post is asked to return them as soon as possible to be included in the draw. Last-minute tickets are still available for £2.00 online at https://southernareahospice.enthuse.com/carraffle#!/ or in person at Buttercrane Shopping Centre, where they will be on sale until draw day.
Every ticket purchased helps Evora Hospice provide care to patients and families in Down, Armagh and Tyrone.
James McCaffrey, Fundraising Officer at Evora Hospice, said: "We're so appreciative of the incredible support we receive for our Car Raffle, and with just four weeks to go, we're making a final fundraising push to raise as much as we can to help continue delivering essential Hospice care. You can still get your tickets online, at Buttercrane, or at one of our pop-up venues. One lucky person will win the car, but more importantly, every ticket sold helps us make a real difference in the lives of local people who need our care."
