PIPS Hope and Support recently received a donation of £4,642.43 from members of the McKeown Family in memory of their daughter and sister Angie from Bleary who died in 2021. The money was raised at a coffee morning in St Peter's GAC in Lurgan.
The huge sum brings the total amount raised by the McKeown family to over £26,000.
The family organised the coffee morning to raise awareness about mental health and suicide prevention while also raising funds to support the vital work of PIPS Hope and Support.
A PIPS spokesperson said "Our appreciation goes to everyone who attended the coffee morning and contributed in any way, including the many local businesses who provided raffle prizes.
"This incredible donation has added to a huge £21,000+ already raised by the family. PIPS Hope and Support is in awe of the family, and forever grateful to the family's dedication to raising awareness and funds for our charity.
"We extend our sincere gratitude to the McKeown family"
