Fans of Britain’s Got Talent in the Newry area are in for a treat this Saturday (29th June) when 2013 Britain’s’ Got Talent finalist Jordan O’ Keefe drops in to Newry Credit Union to launch their Juvenile Members Concert- ‘CU on Hill Street’.
Fans of Jordan will have a chance to meet him in advance of the concert which is taking place in August as he will be in Newry Credit Union from 3.30pm until 4pm sharp on Saturday 29th June signing autographs, t-shirts and other merchandise as part of the concert launch. Jordan will be one of the stars of the free concert- ‘CU on Hill Street’ taking place on Sunday 25th August in Newry as part of Newry Credit Union’s 50th Anniversary celebrations. The concert which will see several other big names announced in the coming weeks will be completely free with tickets available first to Newry Credit Union juvenile members, members of other Credit Unions and then on general release.
Brendan Jackson, Manager Newry Credit Union said, “We are delighted to welcome Jordan to Newry as part of the launch of ‘CU on Hill Street’, our juvenile members’ concert taking place in August. We have been celebrating our 50th Anniversary throughout this year and our younger members are a very important part of this celebration.
This concert will be a great way for them to celebrate and remember the 50th Anniversary. We have a number of other exciting acts to announce as well as details on how to get tickets in the coming weeks.” Jordan O’ Keefe added, “I’m really excited to be coming to Newry and to be part of ‘CU on Hill Street’. It is going to be a fantastic event.
