Write a commentThe responsibility for the majority of planning powers transfers from the Department of the Environment to councils on 1 April 2015. From this date, Newry, Mourne and Down Council will be responsible for delivering planning services to the council area.

The Planning offices for the Council are based in Monaghan Row, Newry BT35 8DL and Downshire Civic Centre, Ardglass Road, Downpatrick BT30 6GQ.

Planning Applications
New Planning Applications can be submitted both at Monaghan Row, Newry and the Downshire Civic Centre Downpatrick. Please note that applications can only be accepted for the Newry, Mourne and Down Council area.
