
Members of Newry's very own Newpoint Players kept the audience enraptured right to the end when they performed Dancing at Lughnasa to an absolutely packed house in Newry City Hall on Tuesday night as part of the Newry Drama Festival.
The play by Brian Friel is set in 1930's Donegal in the fictional village of Ballybeg closely mirroring the lives of Friels mother and aunts who hailed from the village of Glenties.
The play marked the halfway point of this years festival with just Four performances left.
