Temperatures rose and rose again in Newry last night with JLS taking to the stage at Pairc Esler and there was hardly a dry eye in the house.
Tears of happiness or sadness at their favourite group splitting up?
it was hard to tell from the crowd of mostly girls at the barrier front of stage but they hung on to every word uttered from the stage.
The bands declaration that the most beautiful girls seemed to come from Newry was just too much for some.
J.B. Gill, Marvin Humes, Aston Merrygold and Oritsé Williams held the Newry audience in the palm of their hands singing their classics including Everybody in Love and yes everyone certainly was especially when the heat got just too much for Aston and he had to remove his shirt.
With no bar facilities on the premises it was the only six pack in sight!
Earlier in the evening JLS and Jordan O'Keefe did a meet and greet at the Canal Court Hotel which was filmed for an RTE programme at a later date.
Jordan O'Keefe proved just as popular as ever despite having played in Newry just a month earlier and entertained the crowd with a mix of classics and self penned numbers.
Key West from Dublin were just incredible and had no problems getting the crowd going with their self penned work from their album The Message.

Organisers Newry and Mourne District Council and promoters Abbey Event Management must certainly have been happy with the concert, thousands of fans certainly were.
