An annual competition by Newry Business Improvement District to pick the best dressed Halloween window has been won by Newry City Library.
Eamonn Connolly, Newry BID Manager said "The competition was very tough with many local businesses creating spooky scenes to attract customers into their premises."
The decision was based on the theme, promoting of product and overall look of the display and Newry City Library took the top spot with Translink placed in second.
