Newry's Sandwich Barge up for Lease

Newry's floating cafe The Sandwich Barge is up for lease so if you fancy trying something new and contributing towards the rejuvenation of the Albert Basin area at the same time this could very well 'float your boat'

The Sandwich Barge docked at the Albert Basin in Newry in 2014 after years in London as London's first organic cruising cafe.

Owner Lorraine Fox has produced her wonderful home cooking on the barge for several years now for festivals including the Iúr Cinn Fleadh and Newry City of Merchants.

The unique floating cafe has a compact kitchen area, sleeping and living quarters and even a cosy stove.
