Present owner Lorraine Fox will be in Newry all next week from 26th June to 1st July for anyone who wants to check it out.
The floating cafe with living and sleeping accomodation is on the market for £40K.
The Sandwich Barge has been an integral part of the annual Iúr Cinn Fleadh festival in September with lots of live music and home cooked food. It also featured prominently at other events including St Patricks Day and the City of Merchants.
The barge can be transported for an extra fee.
Accommodation consists of wet room: shower/ elsan toilet,Woodburning stove,gas hob/oven, coffee machine 'Francini', 2 serving hatches-waterside and towpath, kaboto,beta marine engine fully serviced, 240 and 12 volt power supply, all crockery and utensils.
