Again the Newry hospitality industry showed it can compete with the best in Northern Ireland by fielding 3 finalists for awards.
Sugar Island eaterie Sugar Supper Club was nominated in the highly competitive Bistro of the Year category, this brings to 5 award nominations in their first few months of opening, The Canal Court Hotel was again nominated for Hotel of Year to add to their already bulging trophy cabinet & The Fun House, Greenbank Industrial estate, continued their phenomenal success with a nomination in the Best use of Social Media category.

More than 430 members of the local hospitality trades gathered at the Europa hotel in Belfast for the gala awards dinner and the presentations that normally bring this exciting competition to a close. We had a wonderful evening as we saw the very best of the industry recognised and rewarded for their efforts.
