The Quays are hosting a Spinning session on Saturday the 21st of September in aid of the Patrick Dinsmore Trust.
The Trust, along with Nicky Hayes from The Studio Warrenpoint, invites you to join in and help raise some money for our 2013 Dublin Marathon Team.
To participate and show your support head on down to The Quays Shopping Centre in Newry on Saturday 21st September between 1pm and 6pm where Nicky will be taking you through the afternoon with some fulfilled exercising, encouraging you to keep on spinning for a great cause.
Their group of runners will be taking to the streets of Dublin on Monday 28 October to run 26 miles all in aid of the Patrick Dinsmore Trust.
