Pipe Bomb incident in Patrician Park

A major security incident continues in Patrician Park, Newry tonight after two pipe bombs were thrown at a house. Commenting on the incident, MLA Dominic Bradley said “I was distressed to hear that two pipe bombs were thrown at a house in Patrician Park in Newry tonight. This house is in a quiet residential area and this was a senseless attack for which there is absolutely no justification. It could easily have caused injury or death. “Those behind this attack are enemies of our community and anyone with any information should contact the police immediately.”
