A police vehicle has been involved in a two vehicle collision this evening 13 April, at the Fathom Line in Newry close to Quayside Close.
Currently the road is closed from just after the Quays Shopping Centre to the junction with the Omeath/ Drumlane Road with police and emergency crews in attendance. Motorists are requested to take an alternative route.
Diversions are expected to be in place for some time.
