Rockfield Care Home, which operates under Burnview Healthcare, received the accolade based entirely on independent reviews submitted by residents and their family members and friends. Rankings are determined by review scores accumulated over time, meaning the recognition reflects sustained performance rather than a single moment.
To mark the occasion, management hosted a coffee afternoon in March for staff to celebrate the achievement together.
Home Manager Gabriel Neculau said: "A huge thank you goes to our incredible team and to everyone who took the time to leave such positive feedback. We are extremely proud of this achievement."
