Write a commentNewry, Mourne and Down District Council are inviting youth groups, voluntary groups, schools, colleges, statutory bodies, sports clubs and community groups from across the district to take part in the Saint Patrick's Carnival Parades on Tuesday 17 March 2020 in Newry and Downpatrick.
The Parades are always a spectacular cavalcade of entertainment and colour. Entering a float, vehicle or attraction, or just walking in the Parade is an ideal way to make your organisation better known to the many people who will be in Newry/Downpatrick for the Parades. Submitting an entry also makes a superb team building project for your members, staff or volunteers.
All organisations and groups wishing to participate in the parade must complete the Parade Registration Form and agree to the Rules and Conditions of Entry on the following link: WWW.VISITMOURNEMOUNTAINS.CO.UK
Organisations participating in the parade will receive a fee of £100 on submission of invoice post event. The closing date for the receipt of completed registration forms is Monday 17 February 2020 at 4pm.
