Christmas season is well and truly underway at The Quays with late night opening, reduced car parking in the evenings and a fantastic competition launched this week.
Shoppers can follow ‘The Quays Treasure Trail’ to be in with a chance of winning a host of fantastic prizes in time for Christmas. To enter all you have to do is guess the combined retail price of the items in the glass box on the mall, fill in the entry form at the customer service desk and post it in the drum on the mall before 20th December. One lucky winner will be chosen from the correct entries to take away all the prizes before Christmas.
Cathal Austin, Centre Manager at The Quays said, “Christmas is now in full swing at the centre with Santa in place, entertainment on the mall throughout the month of December, great offers in the shops including our new and returning retailers, The Quays giftcard for an easy solution to Christmas shopping and our fantastic Treasure Trail competition. We are delighted to welcome back HMV to the centre and a number of new retailers recently including Topshop, Topman and Miss Selfridge as well as O Brien’s Sandwich Bar and the Make-up Pro Store ahead of the Christmas season several of whom are taking part in our Christmas Treasure Trail.
“The competition should be good fun for shoppers and a great way to get the entire family involved. The best hint I can give to people taking part is to wander in and out of the shops and find out what price the items actually are rather than guessing as you may be surprised.”
The Quays is open week nights until 10pm until 16th December (with late night parking between 6pm- 10pm until £1) when it will open week nights until 11pm with extended opening on Saturday 20th December until 8pm. The centre will be open 8am-4pm on Christmas Eve and will reopen 10am-5pm on Boxing Day. The Quays will also be closed on New Year’s Day and resume normal trading hours on 2nd January.
