Write a commentSlieve Gullion Councillor Roisin Mulgrew has said that urgent action is needed to address concerns of residents of the Tullyah Crossroads at Whitecross in relation to road safety concerns.
The local Councillor explained “Residents of the wider Whitecross community continue to voice their concerns regarding road safety in the area and in particular in the vicinity of the Tullyah crossroads.
“Over recent days there have been serious vehicular accidents at the crossroads, I have raised the ongoing concerns of residents at numerous meetings with both Transport NI officials and the PSNI.
"Unfortunately road and signage maintenance in this area is poor. The neglect of the roads is plain to be seen, with faded road markings and signage is in poor condition."
