Children from Flynn Performing Arts showed no sign of nerves when they stood up to sing some well known songs, including The Boys from the County Armagh, Star of the County Down, Isle of Hope Isle of Tears, The Hills of Sweet Lislea and many more.
It was part of Newry Chamber Music's community outreach initiative and Geraldine Kearns, Vice Chairperson, Newry, Mourne and Down District Council was on hand to witness the breadth of young local talent our area has.
Joanne Quigley McParland, Newry Chamber Music organised the event with the help of Fiona Flynn, Flynn Performing Arts and Danny O'Neill who played the keyboard.
