Saturday night first showing of Innovation Media's production in The Bank, Newry was a resounding success with a capacity crowd in attendance.
The short film was just part of a complete nights entertainment beginning with a screening of the black and white silent production of Into the Fire a short film written and Directed by Innovation Media's Mark Curran with Newry's own Charlie Smyth playing a starring role with a twist at the end no-one was expecting!
After Regrets was premiered Hair O' the Dawg took centre stage for the rest of the night.
Regrets Directed by Darragh McCaughey and Produced by Aaron O'Reilly was filmed over four months around Warrenpoints Duke Street and Milltown Industrial Estate.
The film follows Christopher Gatewood as he tries to keep one step away from two drug dealers on a mission to recover money owed. Punishment shootings, Pursuit in a fast car and a frantic chase through a dark forest ensue, just a normal day in Warrenpoint really....
