Since the business was founded in 1996 accident management company CRASH Services have assisted well over 100,000 local motorists following an accident.

Having initially begun with just 3 vehicles and grown the fleet over the years to over 350 is a clear indication of the size of the business and its ability to help those in need across the country who are involved in accidents which are not their fault.

Commenting on the announcement, CEO of CRASH, Jonathan McKeown, said “During the pandemic when up to 80% of the traffic on the road disappeared there was a huge reduction in accidents but as the world opened up again people got back to driving and there has been an increasing demand for our services. We appreciate that no one would choose to be involved in any incident on the road, so it is very important to us that we are compassionate and respectful of our customer’s concerns when they contact us for assistance.

We are all living increasingly busy lives and when you are in a time of distress you want to know that the person helping you provides a professional and reliable, or as we would call it ‘skilful and honourable’ service. With a reputation, built over almost three decades of operating throughout Northern Ireland, we are trusted by increasing numbers of vehicle owners to put them back in the position as if the accident had never happened.

With over 100 staff across our three main offices as well as our vehicle fleet depot we are helping more customers than ever whilst also ensuring that are commitment to caring for accident victims remains at the centre of all that we do. We are extremely proud of the feedback that our people receive each month from those we have helped, and we are sure that this is what keeps our team motivated as we expand the business after the upheaval of the pandemic. I am extremely grateful to all those in our vehicle fleet department who have the unenviable task to ensure that cars are kept clean and safe and get to our customers as fast as possible to keep them on the road without delay.”

Paul Cooney, Fleet & Repair Director, commented “At CRASH, we take care of everything at no cost to you. We deal with sorting out your accident from start to finish – we can recover your car immediately from the scene and provide you with a replacement vehicle within as short a time as possible. The best part of all is that it doesn’t cost you a penny."
