Newry Runners- Get Your Trainers ‘On’

Donaghy’s department store, Banbridge is hosting an introduction to ‘On-Running’ event, in conjunction with the Swiss sports brand that has taken the running world by storm. On Thursday 24^th August at 5.30pm runners of all abilities, from beginner to elite, will have the chance to try out On trainers (Runner, Go or Flyer models) on a short run/jog at their own pace around Banbridge. With no cost or no obligation to buy, this is a great opportunity to test out a new brand of trainers.

The run/jog will be followed by an exclusive instore event with pizza, an On-Running giveaway and expert information available.

The On-Running team will be back instore in Donaghy’s sports department on Saturday 26^th August with 20% discount on all On trainers purchased on the day.

On was established in 2010, and started off as a favourite of Swiss athletes, it is now a global sensation. On’s ‘running on clouds’ tagline refers to the CloudTec® innovation that sits in the sole of the trainer, giving runners a cushioned landing and springy take off to reduce the impact on the joints while giving the runner a little push during their run.

We wanted to be able to resolve that problem for customers, so this is the perfect opportunity to properly ‘try before you buy’ by taking the trainers out on a short run or jog to see what you really think.
