The MourneQuest board game is filled with creatures and characters from the Irish fantasy novel of the same name by Garry McElherron from Newry. It is the latest in a series of innovative board games that Backspindle has created with support from Invest Northern Ireland.

Backspindle Games benefited from trade development support to attend SPEIL and Gen Con in 2017, the original, longest-running gaming convention in the world. These visits offered valuable profile and networking opportunities among potential new customers and distributors.
