On Monday 17th January, S1 students took part in the Young Enterprise ‘Personal Economics’ Programme in conjunction with the First Trust Bank, Newry.
During the morning session students explored issues such as Employment, Future Employment Prospects, Finance and Entrepreneurship through interactive activities and real life situations and scenarios which the boys thoroughly enjoyed.
The Programme was led by Nicola McDowell and two people from the First Trust were also there to help with the workshop and they were Colleen Murray and Mandy Rush.
Also in the picture are Mrs Sinead Savage from the Careers Department in St. Colman’s and Mr Damian Eccles from the Maths Department.
