We have just had another very successful Open Day, welcoming well over 500 families through the door with their Primary 6 and Primary 7 pupils.
There were very interesting displays and interactive activities on offer throughout the school. A great deal of orange juice was consumed in Spanish, a number of rats were dissected in Biology and a lot of wonderful music was heard in the Chapel and in the Music Suite.
There were many tasty bites on offer in the dining room and the impressive plasma screens were on show there and in the main G corridor.
All the visitors had a chance to view progress on the new sports development at the College including the 3G pitch and the preparations for the 6 lane running track and the pavilion.
Thank you to all the staff and students who contributed to such a successful day. Of course it has to be said that, from the feedback we have received, the most successful feature of the day was the charm, helpfulness and patience of our student guides.
